Job Description:
ֲ· Develop and implement a strategic plan for a rapid scaling of operational capacity through process improvements or other productivity measures while maintaining high quality standards, rapid response times, high reliability and cost effective operations. ֲ· Design operational procedures to improve operational performance, reduce technical or operational difficulties, and quickly identify solutions to problems. ֲ· Strategic management of the production, shipping, receiving, technology and inventory. ֲ· Implementation of productivity / quality metrics and of incentive programs designed to minimize costs and enhance efficiency ֲ· Effective planning and layout of workflow and equipment procedures. ֲ· Successful contract negotiation ֲ· Budget planning ֲ· Managing the purchasing division ֲ· Part of the executive management team
Position Requirements ֲ· Successful track record leading operation through significant growth, change or scaling. ֲ· Accomplished in both strategy development and implementation of details. ֲ· MS or BS in industrial Engineering ֲ- Must. MBA ֲ- Preferable. ֲ· At least 5-7 years of significant management responsibility in a high paced, rapid growth environment. ֲ· Experience with annual operating plans including budgeting. ֲ· Experience with ERP (SAP) System, production forecasting, purchasing, inventory control and supply chain ֲ· Knowledge with ISO Standards, FCC. ֲ· Highly effective leadership, management and communication skills. ֲ· Excellent problem solving abilities and analytical/quantities skills. ֲ· Startup experience with an entreprene
